Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Elaruvi, we may collect account information, skin profile details, routine and product data, diary entries, uploaded skin or product photos, notification preferences, device identifiers, crash logs, diagnostics, and usage information.
If you sign in with Google, we receive the account information made available by that provider, such as your name or email address, according to your provider settings.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve Elaruvi, personalize skincare routines, analyze product information, sync your data, send routine reminders, maintain account access, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and support users.
Photos And User Content
When you choose to upload skin or product photos, Elaruvi uses those photos to support profile context, product analysis, diary tracking, and routine recommendations. You should only upload photos that you are comfortable using for these purposes.
Analytics, Diagnostics, And Notifications
Elaruvi may use analytics and diagnostics tools, including Firebase Crashlytics and Microsoft Clarity, to understand app performance, diagnose crashes, and improve the user experience. Push notification services may process device tokens so routine reminders and account-related messages can be delivered.
Sharing Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Elaruvi, including hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, push notification, and infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or services.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Elaruvi, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. After account deletion, the app signs the user out, returns to onboarding, and previous account data is not shown if the same email is used again. Some records may be retained only where needed for legal, security, or operational obligations.
Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Elaruvi account and associated account data directly in the app from Profile → Delete account or Profile → Settings → Delete account.
If you cannot access the app or prefer email support, send your account deletion request to [email protected] from the email address connected to your Elaruvi account.
Your Choices
You can choose not to upload photos, disable notifications in your device settings, use guest-first flows where available, delete your account in the app, and contact us for privacy questions or data access requests. Some features may not work without certain information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Elaruvi is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
